Born and raised in Austin, Alisa Wells brings a true local’s perspective to every transaction, paired with a deep industry knowledge that’s rooted in family legacy. Coming from a family of custom home builders and land developers, real estate runs in her blood. But what started as a natural path quickly evolved into a passionate career. Today, Alisa has built a thriving business helping buyers and sellers across the greater Austin area make informed, confident, and empowered real estate decisions.

Alisa specializes in new construction, relocations, and luxury properties, with an emphasis on Westlake, Lake Travis, Southwest Austin, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Buda. Having lived on nearly every side of the city, Alisa offers unmatched local insight and neighborhood expertise. She particularly enjoys helping clients relocate from out of state and takes pride in showcasing the unique character, culture, and opportunities each pocket of Austin has to offer. From navigating new construction builds to uncovering hidden gems on the resale market, her experience is broad and her process is both strategic and highly relational.

Alisa is also one half of a powerhouse real estate partnership with Jenny Walker, a fellow industry veteran. Together, they bring more than 30 years of combined experience and a shared commitment to providing tailored service, market-savvy strategy, and trusted guidance through every transaction. Their process-driven approach is balanced by a warm, client-centric style that has earned them a loyal base of repeat and referral clients. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Alisa at home with her husband Eric and their two sons. A family of car enthusiasts, they spend much of their free time in the shop, under the hood, or heading to local meets and events. Alisa is even learning how to drift (quite slowly whenever she can sneak away!). She’s also passionate about cooking, a devoted podcast listener, and a lifelong learner who’s always reading a book or two. Whether it’s about the market, business, true crime, or a novel.
