She also told me back in 2011 that if I did hold onto it for 10 years, I would definitely make a profit on it. And boy, was she really right about that! When we finally listed my house last month, we basically had an offer for the above asking within three hours. It was the easiest sale I’ve ever done (and I have bought and sold six different apartments in New York City from 1993 to 2011.) So I consider my 15-year relationship with her to be a huge success!
